How this service works
Two Lakes Foundation Repair is a referral service. We don't inspect houses, give quotes or do repairs. We connect homeowners in Rockwall, Rowlett and Wylie with one independent local foundation contractor.
What happens when you call or send the form
- You call (972) XXX-XXXX or fill out the form. Calls may be recorded so we can confirm requests were handled.
- We call you back first. We'll ask what you're seeing. If you'd like a contractor to look at it, we'll tell you which one independent local contractor we'd refer you to. We share your details only after you say yes, and we never send them to a list or sell them.
- The contractor contacts you to set up an inspection. They inspect, explain what they find, and give you a quote if they think repair is needed.
- You decide. You're under no obligation to hire them.
How we're paid
You don't pay us anything. We may be paid by the contractor for the referral. That's why we tell you who the contractor is, and why we suggest an independent engineer for big decisions.
What we don't do
- We don't diagnose foundations or give engineering advice. The information on this site is general.
- We don't guarantee the contractor's work. Their warranty is between you and them, so get it in writing.
- We don't claim the contractor is "licensed." Texas doesn't license foundation repair contractors. Ask any contractor for insurance, references and a written warranty.
About the contractor
We tell you the contractor's name on the callback, before we share anything, so you can look them up first. Ask them for proof of insurance, references and a written warranty. We don't make claims about a contractor's experience, insurance or warranty unless they've confirmed them to us in writing.
