These terms apply to your use of this website and the Two Lakes Foundation Repair phone line. Two Lakes Foundation Repair is operated by FIELD NEEDED: legal entity name ("we", "us"). By using the site or calling, you agree to these terms.

Referral disclosure

Two Lakes Foundation Repair is a referral service. We don't perform foundation inspections or repairs. When you call or send a request, we call you back first. If you agree, we connect you with one independent local foundation contractor, and we tell you who it is before we share your details. We may receive a fee from that contractor. You don't pay us anything.

The contractor is an independent business, not our employee, agent or partner in a legal sense. Any inspection, estimate, contract, warranty or work is between you and the contractor. Read their contract and warranty before you sign.

Licensing

Texas doesn't issue a state license for foundation repair contractors. We don't describe contractors as "licensed." Ask any contractor for proof of insurance, references and a written warranty. For an independent opinion, consider a Texas-licensed professional engineer.

Information on this site

Everything on this site is general information, not engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Soil descriptions come from USDA maps at sample points and may not match your lot. Neighborhood and permit details come from city records and can change. Cost ranges come from published Dallas–Fort Worth guides and aren't quotes. Always confirm permit rules with your city and get a professional opinion about your own house.

No guarantee

We don't guarantee that a contractor will be available for your address or timeline, or the quality, price, timing or result of any contractor's work. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any contractor's work, and our total liability to you for any claim about this site or our referral service is limited to $100. You don't pay us for the referral. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act or other law that can't be waived.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no false requests, no requests on someone else's behalf without their permission, and no attempts to interfere with the site or the forms. The text, photos and design are ours unless noted. You're welcome to share links to any page.
