This policy explains what Two Lakes Foundation Repair collects when you use this website, call us or send a request, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Two Lakes Foundation Repair is a referral service operated by FIELD NEEDED: legal entity name, FIELD NEEDED: mailing address. We connect homeowners in Rockwall, Rowlett and Wylie, Texas with one independent local foundation contractor. We don't inspect or repair foundations ourselves.

What we collect

• When you send a request form: your name, phone number, email (optional), property address, city and ZIP, what you're seeing, foundation type, approximate build year, your situation and timeline, any photos you upload, and any notes.
• When you call: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and a recording of the call. Callers hear a notice that the call may be recorded.
• Automatically, with a request: the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link (for example, utm_source), the date and time, and the version of the consent wording you agreed to.
• When you just browse: our web host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We don't use that data to identify you.

How we use it

• To call you back about your request
• To refer your request to one contractor, as described below
• To confirm requests were handled and to settle referral fees with the contractor
• To keep a record of your consent and of what you asked us to do
• To find out which pages and campaigns bring in requests, so we can improve the site

We don't use your information for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it.

Who we share it with

• One contractor, only with your OK: after we call you back, and only if you agree, we share your request with the one independent contractor we name to you.
• Service providers that run our forms, phone system and customer records (HighLevel/LeadConnector) and host this website (Cloudflare). They handle the information on our behalf.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, or the safety of you or others.
• If the business is sold or transferred, to the new owner, who must follow this policy for information already collected.

We don't sell your information to lead lists, data brokers or other companies, and we never send your request to more than one contractor.

Calls and texts

Calls to (972) XXX-XXXX may be recorded. Recordings are automatically deleted after 180 days. We don't send text messages at this time. If that changes, we'll ask for your separate consent first, and you'll be able to reply STOP at any time.

How long we keep it

• Call recordings: 180 days, then deleted automatically.
• Request details: as long as needed to handle the request and settle any referral fee, and no longer than 4 years.
• Consent records (what you agreed to, and when): up to 4 years, so we can show what you asked us to do.

We'll delete your information sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop calling you. Email FIELD NEEDED: privacy email, call (972) XXX-XXXX, or write to us at the address above. We'll respond within 45 days. If we turn down your request, we'll tell you why, and you can ask us to reconsider. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Once your request has been shared with a contractor (with your OK), that contractor has its own copy. Ask them directly too, and we'll tell you who they are if you've forgotten.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The request forms are provided by HighLevel/LeadConnector and may use cookies or similar technology needed to work and to record which page a request came from. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this policy first.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this site and the forms, access to customer records limited to the people who need it, and automatic deletion of call recordings. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't put information like bank or Social Security numbers in the form.

Children

This site is for homeowners and home buyers. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change affects how we share information we already have, we'll ask for your OK first.
